The idents Other presentation 
Brief 'stings' between trailers have made a comeback, however are very rarely shown. This is a rather nice example, based on the Mirror ident. Watch a clip

Two types of menu - the first in which one of the idents is seen through the 2, the other which uses clips of the featured programmes.  
Static programme slides, meanwhile, are now almost exclusively restricted to schools programming. 
A rare sighting of a BBC2 slide outside schools programmes - this was seen on BBC1 on 12th May 2007. 
A special ident used in connection with the US series Heroes in mid-2007.
